Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee and contribute to the overall performance, profitability, and growth of our business. They will be responsible for directing a broad functional area or operations, providing leadership and direction through managers and direct reports.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of 15+ years of experience in a similar role with past responsibility for operations/project management in a complex department/division/organization;
  • Previous experience in engineering consultancy or professional services related to environmental services and sustainability;
  • Strong leadership skills with previous experience leading teams;
  • A university degree in Engineering, Geology, Biology, Environmental Sciences or similar;
  • Proficient English language skills;
