About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at HAIMER. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our complex, advice-intensive products and services to qualified high-end clients in the Vale do Paraíba region, Minas Gerais, and Rio de Janeiro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell our products and services to clients, providing technical advice and support as needed.
  • Provide technical customer service, answering calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support our local Sales Agents and Distributors in all relevant issues and projects.
  • Take care of machine installations and maintenance, as well as provide training to customers.
  • Travel to customer sites and exhibitions, requiring flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Completed technical education.
  • Consolidated expertise in machining processes.
  • Experience and success in technical sales.
  • Ability to work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset and customer service orientation.
  • Experience with sales team coordination is a plus.
  • Outgoing personality, good communication skills, and a self-confident manner when interacting with customers.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
