This pivotal position oversees daily operations and service delivery for client accounts, securing satisfaction through exceptional client relationships. Requirements:
  • Proven leadership in managing projects, operations &/ or teams
  • Excelling in stakeholder management and problem-solving
  • Comfortable utilizing workflow or resource planning tools (ie. Agile)
  • Demonstrating strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Leading change and process management initiatives

A Bachelor's Degree in business management or related discipline is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) and experience in comprehensive data analytics. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
