Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst to join our team at Black Box. As a Network Analyst, you will be responsible for providing daily operation support for Trading and Front office areas, ensuring expedited attention and resolution to technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level support for daily operation support requests, including audio/video reviews, security settings, and antivirus/hotfixes.
  • Address daily operation support requests, ensuring minimal downtime for Trading and Front office areas.
  • Apply technical and leadership skills to global initiatives, ensuring continuous operation with special attention to local executives and critical areas.
  • Perform equipment storage and transportation activities in a safe and secure manner.
  • Setup and operate audio visual equipment for trainings, presentations, meetings, and conferences.
  • Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Assemble and disassemble audio visual equipment as needed.
  • Test equipment to ensure they are in good and safe working conditions.
  • Prioritize and complete work orders accurately and timely.
  • Provide technical assistance to other Technicians when required.
  • Analyze and propose circumvents for users to continue working without interruption.
  • Utilize remote support skills to provide world-class support during COVID contingency.
  • Follow global defined processes and generate evidence to prove adherence.
  • Cooperate with other technical areas from other countries for business assessment needs and remediation or implementation plans.
  • Deliver ETS project implementation results at the Brazil team.
  • Bring leadership to the group by providing ideas and motivating the team to share and provide ideas for improvement.
  • Stay involved with new technologies delivered at the company to improve user experience.

Requirements:

  • Thorough Cisco TelePresence and Audio Bridge functional knowledge.
  • Thorough knowledge of HP laptops, Surface Pro, and desktops, with strong ability to troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate to resolution.
  • Thorough knowledge of mobile devices, their functions, and troubleshooting for Apple, Samsung, and Blackberry devices.
  • Knowledge of Incident/Problem tracking system for reporting incidents (i.e., Remedy).
  • Ability to think quickly, resolve technical issues, and know when to escalate.
  • Ability to attend meetings with Marketing partners to capture and manage all technology requirements.
  • Medium knowledge of Office suite, helping users with Office Macros configuration.
  • Deep-rooted and curious drive for continual learning/growth mindset.
  • Ability to setup/troubleshoot local, network printers.
  • Computer build processes.
  • Experience in Senior Executive and event technology support.
  • Strong Customer service.
  • Experience with an Incident/Problem reporting/tracking system.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
