Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our multicultural HR team as a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Team Americas to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare and post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate the interview process and provide support to candidates.
  • Participate in regional Employer Branding projects and contribute to the development of engaging content.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to provide system training and support where needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of staffing and recruiting processes.
  • Sourcing and headhunting expertise, with a proven track record of identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Experience with social media sites, LinkedIn, and major global and regional job boards.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
