Job Description
É responsável por criar experiências personalizadas e maximizar o engajamento dos jogadores VIP, garantindo uma relação de alto valor.
Para atingir esse objetivo, é necessário desenvolver estratégias inovadoras que sejam alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa e ofereçam benefícios exclusivos aos clientes.
Responsabilidades:
- Liderança de Equipe: Liderar e desenvolver time de VIP Account Managers e executivos de relacionamento;
- Estratégia de Gestão de Clientes: Desenhar e executar a estratégia de gestão de jogadores VIP alinhada aos objetivos da empresa;
- Programas de Fidelidade: Estruturar programas de fidelidade, campanhas exclusivas e benefícios customizados para jogadores de alto valor;
- Atendimento Premium: Criar jornadas diferenciadas de atendimento e suporte premium;
- Comunicação Personalizada: Supervisionar comunicações personalizadas;
- Suporte Ágil: Garantir resposta rápida, tratamento personalizado e resolução eficiente de demandas VIP;
- Análise de Dados: Analisar dados de comportamento e perfil de apostas dos jogadores VIP;
- Relatórios Executivos: Gerar relatórios executivos com insights estratégicos para COO e Diretoria;
- Eventos Exclusivos: Organizar eventos, viagens e experiências exclusivas para engajar jogadores VIP;
- Relacionamento Cliente: Representar empresa no relacionamento direto com clientes estratégicos.
Habilidades e Qualificações:
O candidato ideal deve ter habilidades sólidas em liderança, negociação, comunicação e análise de dados. Além disso, é importante ter conhecimento em tecnologia e sistemas CRM, além de possuir habilidades de planejamento e execução de projetos.
