Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead our Service and Repair operations in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Service and Repair infrastructure for Patient Recovery in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Service and Repair operations for hardware related to Patient Recovery, including light maintenance, testing, calibration, and cosmetic repairs.
  • Lead an indirect team in LATAM to facilitate internal and field maintenance, as well as training.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve specific goals and ensure employees operate within guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to operations and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical service experience, with 4+ years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
  • Laboratory repair experience preferred.
