About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Assistant to join our team at LyondellBasell. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the production team
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
  • Provide support for maintenance and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
