Job Description

We're looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our studio and contribute to the creation of innovative designs that make a real impact. As a member of our global team, you'll work alongside a diverse collective of thinkers and experts to shape the future of healthcare.

Your role will involve supporting senior designers in driving design output and developing efficient work practices. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver custom solutions and technology products, executing a wide range of visual design tasks according to established brand guidelines.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple mediums, including print, digital, and interactive platforms. Strong art direction and graphic design skills are essential, along with experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Veeva, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting senior designers in driving design output and developing efficient work practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver custom solutions and technology products.
  • Executing a wide range of visual design tasks according to established brand guidelines.

You'll be responsible for working on a variety of projects, from creating new web pages and animations to developing templates and illustrations. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strong leader who can mentor and direct a team of assistants to ensure high-quality visual design work.
