Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Specialist in Information Technology.

  • Provide technical expertise in multiple areas, supporting infrastructure technology and application support installation, development, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution, business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and failover according to enterprise standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective technical strategies to improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions to resolve them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, development, or management.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, IT infrastructure, virtual technologies, end-user computing platforms, automation tools, application performance management tools, middleware, and more.
