Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Associate Clinical Lead to play a key role in the delivery of clinical trials. As part of our core project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that clinical studies meet contractual requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of assigned projects by managing multiple stakeholders and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and manage clinical risk mitigation plans to minimize project delays and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain high-quality clinical delivery by monitoring compliance with quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare or scientific discipline required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of the Clinical Research industry and relevant environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a good command of the English language.
