Azure Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a software engineering role with our client, a global consulting firm.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud-based services, including Azure App Services, Functions, and SQL Database. Strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API is required.
Proficiency in database design and development with SQL Server and NoSQL databases is necessary. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code using ARM templates is also essential.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team environment, possessing strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Experience working in an Agile environment is advantageous.
- 8+ years of IT experience
- Hands-on experience with cloud services as a Cloud Software Developer
- Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API
- Proficiency in database design and development with SQL Server and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using ARM templates
Additional requirements include experience with containerization (Docker and Kubernetes), familiarity with messaging and event handling, and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
