About the Role

The Senior Project Lead - Global Deployment will serve as the project deployment lead for a National Office, responsible for managing complex, cross-cultural projects and communicating clearly to a wide audience of global stakeholders.

This role will ensure projects are deployed with holistic local support throughout the lifecycle of the effort, leading deployment strategy and methodology at the National Office level, while aligning efforts with local, regional, and global strategy and operations.

The Senior Project Lead will drive adoption of projects and efforts, coordinating cross-functionally within and outside the National Office, and will be the local lead for the Program Cycle Adoption and deployment of new and enhanced policies, processes, and/or technologies.

This role will ensure each proposed initiative considers local capacity, capability, and feasibility, and will be a skilled communicator, able to coordinate participation virtually and in person.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and initiatives that impact the National Office, including global, regional, and local efforts
  • Advise on workforce capability and capacity to support global, regional, and local strategy as a member of the ENLT
  • Coordinate PCA efforts as the primary contact in the National Office
  • Lead the Deployment Network for the National Office
  • Coordinate staff cross-functionally to accomplish projects and ensure strategy alignment
  • Act as a change agent for the National Office
Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain and communicate the National Office calendar
  • Communicate global initiatives to local staff and leadership
  • Promote change engagement and adoption
  • Collect feedback from local staff and FCPs for regional and global inquiries
  • Lead the PCA National Office Core Team
  • Oversee the implementation of the National Office PCA plan
  • Identify adoption risks, escalate them locally, regionally, and globally, update change plans, and implement mitigations
  • Contribute and distribute content on Knowledgebase and Program Guidance and Standards
