Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Specialist to join our Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety (RAPS) Digital Centre of Excellence in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our global E-Doc Master's team, you will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and innovation of regulatory documentation and data-based templates for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain bespoke customer documentation using Givaudan systems and tools.
  • Partner with RAPS global colleagues and other functions to drive regulatory digital projects.
  • Gain knowledge of Givaudan systems and tools, including SAP, Business Intelligence, and Smart Data.
  • Collaborate with peers and regulatory managers to achieve project goals.
  • Support the development of regulatory documentation and data-based templates.
Requirements
  • Advanced University/Master's Degree in Information Technology or a scientific field with a data analysis background.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data management/analysis in a global organization in the industry.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA, and knowledge of SAP, Business Intelligence, and Smart Data.
  • Visualization tools experience, with a strong understanding of industry and customer regulatory requirements.
  • Project management experience, with critical thinking, analytical capabilities, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
