About the Role: We're looking for skilled individuals to join our expert talent community. As a Mixed Reality Game Designer, you will help create game mechanics, systems, and levels for mixed reality games using bleeding-edge technology, while maintaining a player-first mentality for our games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging features for mixed reality games.
  • Balance mechanics and difficulty.
  • Aid in creating first-time user experiences and guiding players on innovative technology.
  • Conduct research, surveys, and playtesting rounds.
  • Work hands-on with game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine, focusing on scripting, balancing, and testing ideas, features, and ensuring correct implementation of documented designs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in game design or related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in game design, with a focus on VR/AR or innovation.
  • Proficiency in Unity engine, Unreal engine, or comparative.
  • Strong portfolio highlighting a range of games.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Agile development and milestone-based projects.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary teams across the world.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and software (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in XR development is a plus.
  • Experience with virtual reality prototyping tools, such as Shapes XR is a plus.
