Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Network Observability Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions that enable organizations to gain deep visibility into their network infrastructure. This includes providing a comprehensive framework or set of capabilities that enables organizations to understand the behavior, performance, and health of their network infrastructure beyond traditional monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement local and wide-area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols
- Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with vendors to install the latest hardware and software
- Provide high-quality technical solutions to customers to prepare them for implementation, go-live, and maintenance

Requirements:
- Expertise in routers, networking controllers, bridges, and networking software
- Strong understanding of telemetry data collection, including metrics, logs, and traces
- Ability to correlate data across layers (L2-L7) and domains (on-prem, cloud, hybrid)
- Experience with real-time and historical analysis, anomaly detection, and trend analysis
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Elastic Stack
