Job Title: German Payroll Specialist Role

About the Job:
This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to work as a skilled payroll specialist, responsible for delivering accurate and compliant German payrolls for international clients. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring statutory compliance and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality German payrolls for a group of assigned global clients.
* Co-ordinate and manage client requirements to ensure statutory compliance and an efficient service.
* Strive for operational excellence by improving systems, processes, and payroll delivery environment.
* Communicate effectively with clients, payroll operations management, and client account managers.
* Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of statutory processes and legislative deadlines in Germany.

Requirements:
* Experience of DATEV Software is desirable but full training will be provided.
* Strong understanding of German payroll complexities, including different terms and conditions and compliant treatment of differing wage codes.
* Compliant with German legislation and periodic statutory requirements.
* Multilingual with German and Business English skills.
* Proven experience working with international clients, both small and large, and excellent communication skills to gain trust with clients.
* Highly motivated and driven professional with excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Experience of working within a service delivery environment.
* Extremely organised and takes pride in the standard of their work.
* Ability to interact effectively with clients and be assertive in a professional manner.
* Intermediate to high Excel skills to manipulate data efficiently.
