Make a Difference in Home CareJoin our team as a Staffing Coordinator and help us connect compassionate caregivers with local families in need. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure smooth service, serving as the communication link between families and caregivers, keeping team members informed and supported, assisting with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers, and providing occasional support to nearby offices.
Requirements:- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
- Live within 10–20 miles of our office.
- Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Experience in staffing or scheduling is preferred but we're happy to train someone dependable and eager to learn.
- Enjoy working with people and solving problems.
- Stay organized and handle multiple tasks with ease.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
