About You and this Opportunity
We are looking for a talented product designer to join our global design division in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will evolve the experience across our global platform to help customers manage their business processes. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and product owners to create engaging experiences in our low-code platform.

Key Objectives
  • Empathetic interaction: Designing for highly technical IT administrators, non-technical business users, and everyone in between requires a deep understanding of user needs.
  • Engineering foundation: A solid grasp of the engineering behind our low-code product is essential for designing effective solutions for business users.
  • Collaboration: Working inside our core platform means considering the greater context and collaborating with other teams is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end designs for digital products, apps, and websites.
  • Ownership or contribution to design systems, helping them evolve over time.
  • Experience working with low-code platforms and systems.
  • Solid knowledge of research for products, design, and business.
  • Understanding of information architecture (flows and content organization) and accessibility.
