- Proficiency in verbal and written English and Portuguese is essential.
- A bachelor's degree in psychology or administration is required.
- MBA in Human Resource would be beneficial for this position.
- Previous experience in similar roles is necessary, especially in the Maritime industry.
This role involves driving alignment on talent attraction strategies and processes, executing the talent attraction process, and building a sustainable pool of skilled professionals by leading our cadet programme.
