At the forefront of innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled Ixp Intern to join our team.

The role is designed for an undergraduate student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Production Engineering, or a related field.

• Resolve customer issues related to SAP Product implementation, deployment, functionality, and usage with utmost efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve reported cases using extensive knowledge databases and/or verify customizing entries with meticulous attention to detail.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis of reported cases, providing valuable insights that drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge documentation to facilitate seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve support processes, infrastructure, and quality, contributing to a culture of excellence.
• Promptly report errors to Development for timely resolution.
• Provide expert consulting services to customers on procedural issues and queries, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

• Strong academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written) to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working seamlessly with multiple teams spread across various geographical locations.
• Proficient English language skills to communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision.
• Understanding of Relational Databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) to design and implement efficient database solutions.
• Knowledge in JAVA or JavaScript/TypeScript to develop innovative software applications.
