Job Description

This role will define and refine marketing strategies across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will develop integrated digital campaign strategies, optimizing performance and increasing conversion rates.

  • Account-based marketing execution tactics, including ABM platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content strategies, planning and executing multichannel programs: emails, webinars, events, digital, direct mail, etc.
  • Data-driven marketing plans with project management and team collaboration to drive clear accountability and a results-oriented mindset.
  • B2B Digital Marketing strategies creation, management, and analysis.
  • Agency management for the execution of demand generation or loyalty events, public relations, and graphic design.
  • Data analysis, ROI, and business impact of all marketing campaigns.
  • Presentation of results and trends to sales and marketing leaders.
  • Proficiency in using MarTech platforms.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Increase in qualified leads by 20% within the first 8 months.
  • Event Participation: Improvement in event attendance by 25%.
  • Sales Impact: Increase in sales attributed to field marketing activities by 20%.
  • Customer Engagement: Increase in customer engagement metrics (e.g., email open rates, click-through rates).
