SAP Development Lead

As a Senior SAP Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of high-quality developments and ensuring excellent documentation. You will also manage upwards and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) with accompanying insights.
You will work in the following domains:
- Production Support: managing incidents and requests involving development.
- Project work: managing multiple rollouts simultaneously.
- Continuous improvement: improving the way developers work by increasing velocity, reducing incidents in production, and improving documentation.
- Reducing technical debts incurred during projects.
- KPI production and analysis.
You are the gatekeeper of development delivery and quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of the development roadmap.
- Ensure quality through documentation, peer review, and unit testing.
You are a core team member for rollouts.
- Contribute to the Design Phase by contributing to designs and estimates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing development teams (including hiring, mentoring, and evaluating).
- Driving technical roadmaps and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensuring quality through documentation, peer review, and unit testing.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience with API & IDOC.
- Experience with SAP AIF.
- Experience with SAP BRF+.
- Experience with UI5/BAS (Business App Studio).
- Experience in one or several modules of SAP: FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/PM/QM.
- Experience with SAP BTP, SAC, DataSphere (plus).
- Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow (plus).
- Experience with SAP Workflow (plus).
Education requirements include:
- A Master's degree in a related field.
