- This key position requires a seasoned Project Management Office (PMO) professional to drive project success and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective project management strategies, frameworks, and processes that foster collaboration, efficiency, and quality.
- Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices that support business needs and objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and variances.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
- Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a PMO environment.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Capacity to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification or experience.
- AWS certification or experience.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- PMP certification.
