Job Description:

This role involves integrating directly into our clients' teams, working alongside designers and engineers on a daily basis to deliver high-quality results. We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional Business Analyst experience.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency with system modeling tools (UML, BPMN) and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level systems.
  • Hands-on experience with test planning and UAT coordination.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity tools or frameworks.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of our clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
