About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at EF Education First. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's market positioning by conducting conversion-driven activities to maximize growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for executing and enhancing our marketing plan for the 1st party audience, working closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure alignment of marketing strategy.
  • You will design and drive the tactical calendar and relevant offerings for both always-on initiatives and campaigns to nourish leads so they become deals using a multi-channel approach (email marketing, online events, partnerships, media, promotion, etc.) based on seasonality, aligned with our sales team.
  • You will localize global assets (website pages, brochures, videos, etc.) based on Brazil business priorities and channels, partnering with a local design team.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the naming convention protocol, the process of building and maintaining landing pages, website health, and overall performance integration to ensure results are tracked properly.
  • You will identify new routes of growth opportunities and develop hypothesis-oriented tests, aligned with our global Marketing Automation team.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of direct marketing experience and minimum 2 years of working experience for a fast-paced growth company, preferably international and in a service-oriented sector of tourism/education.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a lead generation operation is desired – preferably on CRM positions.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
Competencies, Skills and Abilities:
  • Business acumen with strong aptitude for driving sales and growing the topline.
  • Successful experience with marketing automation – database nourishment, audience building, journey definition, email creation, etc.
  • Solid numerical capabilities (number crunching).
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and possess outstanding organization skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as to drive and motivate others.
  • Expertise in copywriting and design is a nice to have.
