Fieldwork Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Fieldwork Specialist to join our team at Netquest. As a key member of our Fieldwork Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality market research projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support project management team in sending surveys and managing quotes to ensure timely completion of projects.
2. Interact and coordinate with various teams to ensure proper project development and execution.
3. Ensure data quality and sample standards are met in all projects.
4. Track panelists and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Generate metrics reports and manage final cost information for invoicing purposes.
6. Assist clients with feasibility and cost-related inquiries.
7. Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.
• Desirable: 1 year of experience in Market Research industry.
