Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead the management of industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) security programs for global manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage program scope, goals, and timelines to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and site leads to drive project success
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of work streams/projects and track progress to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies for ICS migrating and upgrade projects to enhance system performance
  • Coordinate vendor activities for global solution deployments to ensure seamless integration
  • Demonstrate expertise in ICS/OT network architecture, network solutions, and OT security standards to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12-17 years of experience managing ICS and OT security programs with a proven track record of success
  • Strong technical knowledge of ICS, OT, and IT-OT networking principles and best practices
  • Experience with vendor coordination and project management tools to streamline operations
  • Possession of certifications in PMP, Large Program Management, or ISA 95 is highly desirable
