Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

This position involves collaborating with experienced architects, product managers, and other developers to develop critical enhancements and features in a leading data platform.

As a senior developer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end feature development from requirements through design and development of software components across global deployments at scale.

  • Develop and deliver complex product features by designing, coding, testing, and ensuring quality assurance
  • Work closely with product managers, architects, UX designers, and QA engineers to enhance the overall software development lifecycle
  • Contribute to building proof-of-concepts and researching possible technology choices to improve software development efficiency
  • Design and execute test plans to write unit tests wherever necessary
Key Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as object-oriented design principles, data structures, algorithms, database, operating systems
  • Experience in developing, debugging, and deploying software on large scales with production quality
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java programming language
  • Ability to resolve complex issues within your area of expertise and support others in resolving issues
  • Enhance skills beyond your core functional focus and work on other tasks to benefit the team
  • Advanced knowledge of software development processes and product standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient English language skills are required
