Expert Salesforce Administrator

A seasoned professional is required to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless business operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily administration tasks such as user creation, role assignments, and permission setup.
  • Monitor system functionality and data quality to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement platform configurations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Create and maintain actionable dashboards, reports, and filters to support strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to address system changes and requirements.
  • Manage automation tools like Process Builder, Salesforce Flows, and Approval Processes to streamline processes.
  • Utilize data management tools to perform bulk uploads, clean data, and handle deduplication efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Familiarity with key Salesforce features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports & Dashboards, and AppExchange applications.
  • Proficiency in configuration tasks including creating validation rules, custom fields, objects, and page layouts.
  • Skills in building impactful reports, dashboards, and actionable filters for effective data consumption.
  • Expertise with automation tools including Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, or Approval Processes.
  • Understanding of data management tools like Data Loader or Import Wizard for uploads, cleaning, and deduplication processes.
  • Knowledge of integrations and API connectivity is highly desirable but not mandatory.
