Contract Analyst and Partnership Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Contract Analyst and Partnership Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing contracts with partners, donors, suppliers, and service providers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze and review contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures;
  • Monitor and track contracts to ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Support teams in preparing budget proposals and ensuring financial planning is accurate;
  • Maintain and improve processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Update tools and information in organizational systems;
Key Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Project Management, or Engineering;
  • Experience in contract analysis, risk management, data analysis, and budget development;
  • Technical skills in contract and project management, processes, and budgeting;
  • Behavioral skills: analytical, critical thinking, questioning, proactive, communicative, dynamic (hands-on), persistent, problem solver, and attentive to deadlines and priorities;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Experience with systems: Office Suite (intermediate/advanced Excel), Outlook, IBM Cognos, TM1, Workday, DocuSign;
