Job Summary

Remote Growth Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients create engaging content for their executives to use on LinkedIn and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update client projects within our project management tool, ensuring accurate submission, prioritization, and tracking of all tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, managing communication and addressing client requests promptly.
  • Oversee the project management board, including setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
  • Coordinate tasks between copywriters and designers to ensure all project components align with client expectations.
  • Generate and share regular updates and reports on project status, highlighting potential risks or delays.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
  • Assist clients with questions or issues related to their projects, providing timely responses.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Nice to have: experience in a client-facing role, experience working in a team coordination capacity, familiarity with process improvement techniques in project management.
