Infrastructure and Mobility Project Lead

In this challenging role, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects across the LATAM region. Your expertise in managing large-scale engineering projects, combined with your ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensuring strict adherence to them.
  • Managing and mitigating project risks, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, overseeing contract management and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, performance, and financial metrics, ensuring transparency and effective communication with senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred). A Master's degree or postgraduate degree in Project Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Project Management and Contract Management within the Mobility and/or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, along with a solid understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management strategies.
