Sales Training Coach

This is an exciting opportunity to cultivate excellence within the Sales team by coaching, assessing, and developing their skills as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, problems, and solutions.
- Deliver impactful training sessions to support key initiatives.
- Plan, communicate, and measure milestones, risks, and process improvements for various training programs.
- Evaluate training solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability.
- Assist in the development and support of a Learning Management System and other scalable learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, moderate or developing presentation/facilitation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should have demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines on deliverables.
Fluency in written and verbal Portuguese and English is required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a training role is necessary. Experience working with SMB vendors across sales and operations is preferred.
