- The ideal candidate will establish new client accounts, inputting information into systems.
- This person will prepare and manage client agreements, forms, and reporting documents.
- They will monitor and track client portfolio performance, updating data for analysis.
- The successful candidate will compile trade blotters and maintain accurate record-keeping of transactions.
- They will assist in preparing data and analysis for portfolio rebalancing and adjustments.
- As the primary point of contact, they will serve clients with basic queries, escalating complex issues.
- They will prepare regular client reports, including portfolio updates and account statements.

- They will maintain up-to-date client records for audit and compliance purposes.
- A MQF level 5 education is essential.
- Strong understanding and experience in investments is required.
- Excellent MS Excel and Word skills are necessary.
- Attention to detail, proactive, and focused attitude is expected.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are vital.
