Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless integration of systems and processes within the distribution center. This role involves coordinating with various teams to achieve operational excellence, including educating third-party logistics providers on system functionality and key work processes.

• Maximize efficiency by collaborating with 3PLs to optimize WMS system usage.
• Support daily operations at the distribution center.
• Monitor system performance and stay up-to-date with new developments in WCS and PLC interfaces.
• Communicate change requests between 3PLs and DC management.
• Ensure all systems are functioning correctly to deliver exceptional service to stores.
• Develop and implement high-quality IT procedures, ensuring correct implementation and minimizing disruptions.

This role requires collaboration with other members of the 3PL team, including the DC Manager, Controller, and Transport Specialist. Regular communication with retail stores will also be essential.

• Strong expertise in distribution-level technology infrastructure and supplementary systems.
