The Sports School Program Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing daily lesson schedules to maximize staff utilization and maintain program quality.
  • Guest satisfaction, including recovery strategies and communication protocols.
  • Staff coordination, scheduling, direction, and development, including auditing paid activities.
  • Injury management, return-to-work administration, and data tracking.
  • Data management and analytics.
  • Staff time-off request management to ensure adequate staffing levels.

This role demands strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We seek a highly organized individual with a proven track record in tourism guest services and a team player mentality. A professional teaching certification from a nationally recognized organization is required, preferably at Level 2 or higher.
