DevOps Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and applications.

This is a unique opportunity to work on complex systems, collaborate with talented individuals, and drive business growth through technology innovation.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • You will also be responsible for automating deployment and scaling processes using containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • In addition, you will ensure the security and integrity of our systems by implementing robust monitoring and logging practices.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Cloud Infrastructure: Use AWS services to build scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Automate Deployment and Scaling: Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to automate deployment and scaling of applications.
  • Maintain System Security: Implement robust monitoring and logging practices to ensure system security and integrity.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer;
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required;
  • Advanced English is required;
  • Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails;
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and concepts, preferably GitHub Actions;
  • Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation;
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices;
  • Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation or database operations;
  • Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows;
  • Interest in using AI to enhance developer tooling and automation;
