Senior Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a senior payroll consultant with deep knowledge of local payroll regulations and strong functional implementation skills to lead a team in implementing SAP HCM Payroll Argentina.
- Solid experience in SAP HCM Payroll (Argentina localization)
- Familiarity with SAP HANA or ECP infrastructure
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Senior profile with autonomy and leadership experience
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting functional workshops, preparing business blueprints, designing documentation, and leading a team of consultants.
This is a long-term assignment with immediate start and a duration of 12 months. The consultant will work remotely and have the flexibility to choose their preferred contract mode (freelance or permanent).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct functional workshops to design and implement payroll solutions
- Prepare business blueprints and design documentation to ensure seamless implementation
- Lead a team of consultants in system configuration and implementation
- Senior-level experience in SAP HCM Payroll (Argentina localization)
- Deep knowledge of local payroll regulations and tax laws
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
