Senior Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide non-medical home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
  • Medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Transportation or errands (if applicable)
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required – we provide comprehensive training
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required for certain shifts)
  • Must pass thorough background check and provide professional references
