Job Overview

This role is designed to support the development of strategic roadmaps and outcomes in collaboration with functions and business units.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring commitments are met, serving as a contact point for data management operations, and supporting issues and challenges in shared services processes.

  • Develop and implement data governance and sustainability initiatives across functions.
  • Apply and enforce data standards, guidelines, and ownership to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Validate master data requests, coordinate with back-office teams to ensure high performance.
  • Maintain KPIs (TAT, SLA, Data Quality, KRIs) and collaborate to resolve process issues.
