Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Wellness Advisory Team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational success of our mental health benefits platform.

You will be responsible for:

  • Operational Rollouts:
    • Track and monitor operational data and metrics to support project implementation and ongoing monitoring.
    • Assist in implementing and monitoring internal and external processes, including service level agreements (SLAs), to meet operational requirements.
    • Collaborate with commercial, clinical, and product teams to ensure alignment with commercial demand and contribute to project implementation.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Support the coordination and execution of operational requests for client delivery, such as onsite events and webinars.
    • Communicate with users via email, chat, and calls to provide timely support on Intellect's services.
    • Share accurate information on available resources and options to help users make informed decisions.
  • Deployment:
    • Assist in provider sourcing and engagement in collaboration with the Care Operations team to deliver client outcomes.
    • Handle administrative tasks, such as responding to emails and managing booking requests.
    • Support logistical administration related to provider sourcing and payment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across different time zones while maintaining effective communication and workflow with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience within the tech startup space, preferably in the Healthcare/Patient experience-related/EAP industry.
  • Strong operational background, able to develop and ensure adherence to processes from ground-up.
  • Effective communication and project management skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities under pressure.
