Job Title: Engineering Leader
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the development of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Mentor and develop engineers to enhance their technical and interpersonal skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual performance.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in software engineering, including design, development, and testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Programming languages: Java, Python, and C++.
- Web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Databases: MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban.
- Cloud platforms: AWS and Azure.
