Collection Analyst

The Collection Analyst plays a vital role in supporting customers by developing and performing activities to achieve strategic objectives. This position is responsible for conducting thorough collections analysis based on financial and operational data, structuring collections requests according to business needs, and effectively communicating team decisions.

Main responsibilities include optimizing portfolio value by reviewing new negotiation requests, creating a results-driven work environment, and identifying opportunities to improve the collections process.

This role also assists in developing and implementing procedures to minimize risk and enhance collections quality.

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess a degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting, along with experience in collections, credit, portfolio management, or credit/risk management.

Critical skills include banking and credit practices, financial analysis, knowledge of financial products, and accounts receivable expertise.
