Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented AI Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing AI systems using Azure services, as well as experience working with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.

  • Lead the design and development of AI solutions using Azure services.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
  • Build, test, and iterate on proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilots that solve real business problems quickly.
  • Integrate AI agents and copilots into existing business workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and Teams ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to productionize successful PoCs and ensure adherence to full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the evolving AI/ML landscape and bring new ideas into the organization.
Requirements
  • English fluency.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
  • Proven experience with Azure services.
  • Hands-on experience building copilots or intelligent agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot SDK and Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services such as FunctionApps, LogicApps, AppServices, and CosmosDB.
  • Experience working within Agile SDLC processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Power Automate and familiarity with Process Automation tools.
  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with LLM frameworks for building Agentic AI.
