Job Title Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, scoping, development, design, and construction activities while ensuring compliance with industry standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination of planning, design, and construction phases to ensure efficient progress.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Prepare and review milestone and management reports to provide stakeholders with accurate project updates.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in project management within planning, design, and construction is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, financial reporting, and cost tracking is required.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are necessary to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish & English is preferred for effective communication across diverse project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is desired.
- Minimum ten years of experience in project planning, design, and construction management is highly recommended.
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects is an added advantage.
