Regional Sales Developer

We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Developer to join our team in Campo Grande. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the region.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the market
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers
* Conduct face-to-face visits to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Negotiate sales agreements in accordance with company guidelines
* Utilize our CRM tool to track sales activity and prepare sales forecasts
#### Required Skills and Qualifications
* University degree in Engineering, Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Proven experience in external sales, commercial negotiations, and new business development
* Technical knowledge of power generators (desirable)
* Availability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
