We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Specialist to support our Lenovo Device as a Service (DaaS) / Managed Services customers.

This role involves several key responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Processing orders for new devices and re-deploying existing devices.
  • Account Management: Managing the service lifecycle of deployed devices, creation of customer invoices, and well-versed in Purchase Order administration.
  • Service Management & Productivity Improvement: Experience in an Account Operations environment, manage incidents and requests from clients, facilitate resolution to any technical escalations, prepare documentation to track and report on SLA performance, and identify and support initiatives to improve client service delivery.
  • Client Experience: Interact with clients, facilitate answers to queries associated with their aligned contract(s), be on top of any issues within their customer environment, and demonstrate an obsession to maximize client satisfaction levels.

To succeed in this role, you should have 1-2 years project coordination experience, preferably in a services environment. You should also be fluent in English, experienced with ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow), skilled in Excel / Reporting, and able to multitask. Additionally, you must have a good attitude towards learning and implementing change.

This opportunity is open to both Sao Paulo and Mexico Monterrey offices.
