We are seeking a seasoned AI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex machine learning projects. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycle management from ideation through completion.

Responsibilities:

  2. Taking ownership of projects to ensure deliverables meet client expectations, providing accurate projections, reports, and updates, and ongoing risk assessments.\
  3. Collaborating with the team to improve their skills and knowledge.\
  4. Understanding client requirements and delivering regular status reports.\
  5. Optimizing processes and approaches to improve overall efficiency.\
  6. Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.\

Requirements:

  1. \
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or related fields.\
  3. Fluent English and advanced Spanish is required.\
  4. Over 5 years of relevant professional experience.\
  5. Experience managing a team using an agile development process.\
  6. Experience interacting directly with external clients.\
  7. Project management experience in a fast-paced environment.\
  8. Ability to interact seamlessly with both technical and commercial areas.\
  9. Eager to take on new challenges and learn new things.\
  10. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple tasks.\
  11. Machine learning key concepts understanding.\
  12. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\
  13. Ability to provide quality feedback and guidance to peers.\
  14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\
  15. Required Tools: Jira.\

Preferred Qualifications:

  3. Courses related to data science, data analytics, or machine learning.\
