Job Opportunity
Talent Acquisition Specialist will be accountable for resourcing delivery in Brazil. You will secure top talent with a focus on Graduates, Experienced Professionals, and Contractors as well as market positioning.

You are expected to develop credible relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers to understand business strategies, priorities, and talent needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Analyze data to optimize processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop solutions

Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in Brazil on a full-time basis
- University degree required
- Minimum of five years of experience in HR with exposure in Recruitment
- Strong English and Portuguese language skills
- Experience in ATS and data analytics
- Relevant experience in global organizations
- Focus on Ethics and Compliance standards
- Timely tracking and recording of information
